The Space:
The property offers 4 bedrooms and includes two queen air mattresses for extra sleeping space. One bunk bed features a queen-size bed and two twin beds, while the second bunk bed comes with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed.

Guest Access:
Guests are not permitted to access the front room/office, which will remain locked at all times. Additionally, all lawn equipment is for the owner's use only.

Other Things to Note:
The property includes a spacious 3-car garage equipped with an EV charger, built-in speakers, and a heating system for added comfort. Additionally, the backyard features a patio heater and 2 grills and the front has fire pit, perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings during the colder months.

There is an additional charge of $500 for hosting any parties/events at the property and $500 charge if the guests have pets
