The house has been recently renovated with a kitchen and living room featuring a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, a gym located in the garage, laundry room with a washer and dryer, backyard, air conditioning and a hot tub. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and savor it on the covered patio, where you can take in stunning sunrise and sunset views.

Explore the city's vibrant culture and attractions such as Downtown Albuquerque, Old Town, ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden, ABQ BioPark Zoo, Museums, Aquarium, bike paths, running trails and many exercise amenities, Sawmill Market, Ballon Fiesta Park with easy access to landmark Route 66 being surrounded by a diverse options of restaurants from authentic Mexican cuisine to Italian, steakhouses and your choice of fast food restaurants.

Beautiful house!!

Beautiful house with even better city views. At night it was unreal. Host was very accommodating and polite, and made checking in and out a breeze. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had every kind of dishware we needed! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Beautiful home with a stellar view!

What a gem of a home with a spectacular view. Modern, stylish upgrades to this home made for a lovely retreat weekend for our small staff. The hot tub facing downtown Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains was a treat. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views

We were on a family vacation with my elderly Mom and 3 siblings. After seeing sights in New Mexico from starting in Albuquerque, Carlsbad, Taos, Chama, Santa Fe for 10 days, we ended the last two days in Albuquerque and picked this place to be up and away from the city and the views of the city and mountains is what sold me. The house had plenty of room for a large family and the balcony view was amazing. We just wished the downstairs outside had a sitting area and table with chairs.

This property is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We were only here for one night but i easily couldve stayed several days just looking out the huge picture window or enjoying the view from the hot tub in the deck. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for my family of 5 to spread out. This is more geared for large groups since it has so many beds but we enjoyed it. The garage off the kitchen has multiple workout machines and a fooseball table too.The only thing that was lacking was the number of towels. There were only two for the hot tub. The neighbors house is very close and if they were outside, it would've been annoying since theres no privacy screen between the two decks. Luckily this was not an issue during our stay.
