We rented May 16-20. The House location and condition was great. However, We are an older group - the main living area is on the third floor so hauling everything up was not the best.
The owner was responsive when we were not able to watch ESPN and the NBA playoffs - she added it to her streaming pkg that night.
We did enjoy sitting on the 3rd floor balcony with our morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine. You can see and hear the water.
However, the $1500 refundable deposit was only partially refunded due to a fan in the refrigerator not working. I’m not sure what we could have done to cause a refrigerator fan to not work - but it seems that charging us $550 for a repair of a part that does go bad is excessive and unwarranted. I did not see these charges right away since I’ve been on vacation for 2 weeks. I have only today messaged the owner for clarification, receipts etc.
