You'll find granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island countertop, and plenty of cupboards space. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. Kitchen island seating for 4, plus a large capacity dining table that comfortably seats 8.

Need some space to chill? Our open-concept living area is designed with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We've got a big screen smart TV with high speed internet access for your entertainment. But speaking of entertainment, did we mention the games room? We've converted the garage into a games room, complete with an air hockey table, hot shot hoops basketball game, a big screen TV and comfy bean bag seating. But don't worry, there's still plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway.

And if that's not enough, on the second floor we've got another TV lounge. You'll also find all of the bedrooms up here, with the exception of a master King bedroom located on the first floor. All of the expertly-designed bedrooms have smart TVs with high-speed internet.

The home is located at the Windsor Island Resort, which is the sister resort to the very popular Windsor at Westside resort close by. Windsor Island is the newest of the Windsor resort communities, and was started in 2020. It has a great location with amazing clubhouse amenities inspired by Hawaii. The community water park is the largest of the Windsor resorts and features a lazy river, a resort style pool, kids water park, double waterslide, hot tub, rental cabanas, sun loungers and poolside bar. The resort also has a kids play area, 9-hole mini golf, basketball courts, volleyball courts, corn hole, arcade room, fitness center, bar and grill, cafe, ice cream shop and more!

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a security guard. All guests gain full access to Windsor Island Resort and all its amenities.

The Windsor Island Resort Clubhouse is a beautiful brand new community located in the Davenport area - just about 15 - 20 minutes to Disney and all of Orlando's major attractions!

This resort boasts a variety of amenities - you will never want to leave! To ensure smooth access to Windsor Island, guests need to be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and last-minute registrations may not be processed. Please provide the names of all guests aged 18 and up in a timely manner so we can handle the registration for you. Thank you!

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
