House has several antiques that are family heirlooms from England 1800s (Grandma is British). It’s a traditional old fashioned home that Grandma has shared with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren!

Our home is located in the Montgomery Estates. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with mostly locals that enjoy the Tahoe lifestyle. Walking distance to a popular hiking trail that has many streams and views.

Getting Around:
I recommend using Lyft / Uber. Bike and walking/running is good too.

Near Tesla Charging station:
4143 Cedar Ave, South Lake Tahoe 5.2 miles

NO PARTIES ALLOWED!
Quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Please do not move furniture and if needed to be put back by our services there will be a $250 min charge. Garbage must be placed in bear box. Doors and windows must remained closed and locked as wild life will come in if nobody is home and the house is not locked up.
