Stayed for the weekend. Property was clean area was quiet. We enjoyed the quieter beach behind the property. Responses from owner were very quick. I would stay again.

The area is calm and we felt safe during our stay. The view is not as pictured but is a nice area. Also the beach is NOT a 3 minute walk. We timed it and it took a good 9 minutes. The bed linens needed to be re-washed. The mattress cover on the king bed had not been washed and there were urine spots. We washed them and it took them out. JP was very apologetic and brought us a gift card for our troubles. The condo is roomy and the 2 bathrooms comein very handy! The beds were comfortable and the hot water was endless!!

Amazing 4th of July vacay!

We loved the property everything was very clean and the host was perfect! All hosts need to take a class from JP! We had the best time!

Highly recommend

The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The place was adorable and had all the amenities you could need, including beach necessities. I would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing and Responsive Property Manager

We booked a very last minute trip to Fort Morgan. Our rental was nice and the view of the Gulf fantastic. We had a small issue and our Host/Property Manager JP worked so hard to resolve for us. Our rental did not work out for our stay but thanks to JP, he offered another that we switched to asap. I have never had such a personal experience. He showed up to our initial property within a couple hours of our issue with the best attitude to help us. Thankfully he turned what could have easily been a bad experience into a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend using Barefoot Booking for any rental! We were treated like family and we are so thankful!
