🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: The unit is on the 2nd floor, up a flight of 18 stairs. Stairs are required to access the loft sleeping area.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Krystal Villa East HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ grills.

• Laundry: Community coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site. There is no private washer and dryer in the condo.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate C-PAN #15611.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
