🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

• Stairs: This multi-level condo requires stairs to access the loft and move between levels.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is currently out of service. Wall heating is fully operational.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Spa hours are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Laundry and recreation room hours are 8:30 AM–9:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
