Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family get away

I’ve grown up going to Navarre and wanted to come visit again for a quick trip. This place was perfect for everything we wanted to do especially being right next to the pier! The only thing we didn’t like was leaving :( hope to come back again soon!

GREAT LOCATION AND PLENTY OF SPACE

My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location and the accommodations. There are really no complaints at all just minor gripes like wearing wristbands or be treated like a criminal or missing clumps of sand in the condo that got stuck to my foot while I was trying to cook dinner the first evening. But all and all, we all had an INCREDIBLE time. Great and beautiful location, the pool was well kept and the beach access was GRAND! Excellent attention from the manager, too. Very friendly and attentive.

Amazing Place!

This place has been one of my favorites by far. We journey to a new beach every year with our kids in search of our favorite and this is one of my top choices. Balcony is great and has a great view. I was worried about staying so close to the pier, but it was completely free of any gear, hooks or line! They do charge to walk the pier though. Easily one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever rented. Not even a dust bunny under the bed! The condo is amazing. The high ceilings really make you feel like the place is massive. Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Beautiful kitchen remodel and open floor plan makes it easy to spend time with family. The only complaint I had was the beds. They are quite stiff and old. Replace those, and you will have one of the best condos in the panhandle on your hands! **Note to future renters** Condiments (literally any of them) and other items like salt, pepper, coffee filters, and sugar ARE NOT PROVIDED. They will toss anything from the previous renters. Please ensure you plan for that. It was a bit frustrating to learn the simple things weren’t there. We bought some, but it feels like courtesy to allow for simplicity.

Mixed Review

We vacation on the gulf every year. This was our first time in Navarre. Mixed review: Vacasa contacted us 7 days before departure that our booked condo in Orange Beach was no longer available and Vacasa helped us find this condo in Navarre. The water is beautiful, the sand is soft. It’s not a commercialized area, and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. Three pools was a nice option. Onsite gift shop/store was convenient. Master bed was very comfortable and the condo was much larger than it appeared in pictures. Hangers and laundry baskets were helpful. Not a lot of towels, so plan on doing laundry daily. Crock pot had no lid and there is no Tupperware or storage for left overs. Blender, toaster, coffee maker and appliances work well including ice maker and water filter in the refrigerator door. Unfortunately our camera was stolen from the board walk, and my daughter’s crocs were stolen from the boardwalk. WiFi passwords provided were incorrect and we texted Vacasa multiple times a day Saturday-Wednesday before being given the correct password Wednesday night. We were repeatedly told to unplug the router and reboot, and repeatedly confirmed the wrong wifi information. Master bath toilet would not flush. Contacted Vacasa daily, sometimes multiple times a day, and they never fixed it: they even tried to tell us once that it was fixed and we had to take a video and send to them telling them it was not. First balcony means you can easily take the stairs instead of the elevator, but the beach view is obstructed by the dunes. We will likely never book with Vacasa again. If we go back it Navarre Beach, it will likely be a different condo and higher floor.
