Communication and dirty

Check in was not easy, the code provided didn’t work, the wait time between any sort of response was frustrating. The explanation of how to access the unit was not completely accurate. There was a lot of dirty spots in the bedroom by the bed and the couch in the living room had crumbs and dirt In piles behind the cushions. The best part about this unit was the location. I walked to everything and felt very safe. Lots of restaurants and a market all within walking distance.

Convenient Convention Apt for 1 week

Check in and check out were easy with the use of smart locks. Manager was very responsive to text, and fixed an odor problem immediately. Meeting room on M level was great for having small meetings outside of the convention. Well situated so I was within 1-2 blocks of all convention dinner meetings. Includes a parking pass for the adjacent open lot, which is a nice bonus.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend away, and we had a great time. The property was very clean, and the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. Communication with the host was good, though the check-in process was a bit complicated — there were quite a few emails to keep track of, and some links weren’t active. While there wasn’t much attention to detail, all of our needs were met, and the overall experience was positive.

Easy stay

Easy check in and check out process. Place was perfect for business trip. You can easily get groceries delivered and the gym amenities were great! The building also had a free barista on one of the days I was there and got free lattes! Everyone in the building we came across was very pleasant. Very quiet for sleeping.

Feel like you're young and in the city

The landlord is very communicative, so there are no surprises for checking in and out. She is also very responsive if anything comes up during the stay.The unit is clean and perfect for one or two people who want a get away in the heart of Salt Lake with tons of amenities that are as good as they look in the listing.My wife and I checked in (super easy - Landlord even provides a youtube link showing you what entering the parking lot looks like, put down our stuff, went to the gym (clean, lots of great machines for cardio or lifting), then went to the outdoor hot tub on the 11th floor and the heated pool. Great view! The water was perfect! You want restaurants, they're all over - and good ones, too.Loved it...we'll be back!
