Our family had a great stay at this lovely house. It was quiet, clean and fun outdoor amenities. The alarm was going off when we arrived but the host sent maintenance right away and fixed the issue. Great experience overall.

As a family of 6 with kids ranging from high school to young elementary age we ALL were able to have fun at the house! The amenities on the property are fun, the house fits the hill country charm, and everything was impeccable. Would love to come back again next year!

Close to Main

We enjoyed our stay and the close location to everything in Fredericksburg. No issues with property. Joe was very responsive to the one question I had .

Great spot close to town. Excellent amenities (fire pit, cowboy pool that was heated, large connect four game, and golf putting spot). We used all four at one point or another and really enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite was the gas pit where we could roast some smores! My wife and daughter thought the beds were really comfortable as well! They were soft like falling into a cloud.

House was nice. Pool didn’t work. Notified host who did not offer to fix. Carbon monoxide alarm kept going off so we left on the last night. Host refused to partial refund.
