We’ve been renting houses in Tahoe area for over 50 years. This was such a great house for us, our kids and grandkids. Of course, a little excitement the first night with the arrival or 2 bears, punching out the panel in the garage to enter. They opened up the garage refrigerator, ate the peaches and left the pits. Pretty funny! Please make the owners aware of the following issue: The only negative that we found was all of the area rugs. The 2 in the great room we rolled up and put aside. Most of the corners were curled up, the rugs were frayed which prevented them from laying flat. Also, the area rugs under the beds, had the same problem. The rug in the bedroom that had two beds had a huge stain on it. We learned the hard way how serious this issue can become. We had area rugs in our rental home on the Oregon coast. We had not been in our home for over 4 months and had not realized the condition of the area rugs. We had a renter that tripped and broke their hip. We ended up purchasing better quality of area rugs with specific strong adhesive tape that holds down all corners. Our housekeeping company were told to let us know immediately if they needed to be replaced again.All of that said, thank you so much for having such a great house on your rental program.
