Welcome to the Captain's Quarters! This is a brand-new rental on the beautiful Amelia Island. There is so much available including abundant outdoor reaction- from walking the trails, swimming, shelling, biking, championship golf courses, boat tours, kayaking, and state parks. A downtown area filled with shopping, Saturday morning Farmer's Market, restaurants galore, live music at every turn and a charming seaport harbor which boosts beautiful sunsets and the opportunity to jump on a boat tour.

We fell in love with Amelia Island because of the abundance of things to do, the incredible music scene, the friendly locals, and miles of accessible beach front. We have been blessed to travel all over the world (husband is a Pilot for Delta) and we have never experienced a place that had so much to offer and was so beautiful. Like most condo's on Amelia Island this condo is not directly on the beach but it it is only a 6 min walk (0.3 miles) to the beach. We are on the highly sought after Southside of the island between the Ritz and Omni. The path to the beach is canopied with big, beautiful trees and is shady. You can walk to the beach or take the golf cart to the edge of the wooden walk way. We have a very quiet, peaceful community. Our large community pool is right outside the condo and is seldom crowded.

Right outside our condo you have easy access to walk or bike to The Plantation for a bite or shopping. You are also right around the corner from Harris Teeter and the many adorable shops and yummy cafe that is in the same complex.

We do a deep clean after every visitor. Our condo is always clean and our goal is for you to not only want to return but to recommend us to your friends.

Our condo is designed for families, girls trips, guys who love to golf and corporate visitors.

2nd bedroom has full bed and a twin
2nd bathroom shower/tub
Each bathroom has its own towels, washrags and high powered hair dryers
2nd bedroom has a regular size closet
Both closet has extra hangers for clothes
Outside patio with table and 2 chairs
Reading books and board games

We do not supply swim diapers. Please bring them and use them at the pool if your child is not potty trained.

Golf cart-to be used only for the convenience of getting to the beach. Waiver must be signed to use

You are responsible for any major damage to condo, furniture, bikes or golf cart.
