Full apartment with private entry. Wall mounted tv and eat in kitchen. Apartment has an eat in kitchen, mud room , bedroom and bathroom. Comes with one compact parking spot. The apartment was easy to get to and situated right near the shops and activities of Burlington, at a much more reasonable price than the hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

Pros: Location about a 5 minute walk from Church Street, priced a bit lower than other properties in this area, and relatively quiet, bed comfortable (but I prefer soft mattress like this), single-cup coffee maker with a few pods provided, 5 minute walk to Kru Coffee, washer/dryer in unit, good shower headCons: Photos online showed cream/sugar so I didn’t get any—but there wasn’t any (Kru Coffee saved me!), other reviewers commented on how clean it was, but I did not experience this—things were a bit dusty and throw rugs are stained/dirty-appearing, only place to sit down is on the bed or one of 2 barstools.All in all: if I were traveling alone again and wanted to be in that location, I might consider staying again. It wasn’t bad in spite of a couple of downsides

I stayed for two nights in August. The location is perfect- within 5 minutes walking distance of anywhere downtown. Easy parking. On a dead-end street with little traffic. Good communication from the owners. I felt they were attentive and caring, yet unobtrusive. Although it ended up being unnecessary, they offered to put my bike in the garage. The unit was clean, and quiet, with a powerful AC if you happen to visit in the summer. The bed was comfy, plenty of extra blankets, good shower, nice modern kitchen. The unit is quite small (ie petite). I was traveling solo and it was perfect, but it would quickly feel crowded with more people. Could use a few more kitchen items (pots, pans, etc). Also no door to the bedroom allows the light to enter in the morning (I hung one of my beach towels so I could sleep late). These are minor issues though and overall this is a solid choice for an individual or a couple who want to be right downtown at a good price.

Bien ubicado, cerca de Church St, cómodo, bien equipado con utencilios, con parqueo. La comunicación con el propietario podría ser mejor por WhatsApp que por mensajes. No hay aire acondicionado o no pudimos activarlo desde la cajita que está en la cocina, la puerta del cuarto no existe y por ello entra mucha luz por las ventanas de la cocina que dificulta conciliar el sueño y hace muy temprano el despertar. El balance es positivo con las salvedades dichas
