Summary:
Your home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, which means parties are not allowed and no gatherings outside the property during quiet hours (9pm - 7am)

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note, this is Non-Smoking house, there is a designated smoking area outside.

Please note: Cancellations eligible for a full refund (7+ days before arrival) are subject to a 10% processing fee (based on the amount paid) due to third-party payment processing costs, which are non-refundable.

The Space:
Welcome to your new home! Whether for business or pleasure we hope you enjoy Las Vegas!

This 1,800 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room and all three bedrooms.

Three bedrooms which has one bathroom in hallway and one with it's own Master private bathroom. You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

Please Note - You have an entire home to you and your guests. There is a studio rented next door in what used to be the garage area. Now it is completely separate from the home.

You are 9 mins from Fremont (Old Vegas), 11 mins from the stratosphere, 15 mins from the Convention Center, 14 mins from the T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas Knights Hockey), 14 mins from the Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders Football), 15 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the ACTION! (Las Vegas Strip)

The Neighborhood:
You and your guest are located in a quiet neighbourhood. There will be NO PARTIES allowed and NO GATHERINGS outside the property. Please respect your neighbours and treat the home as it is your own.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are a popular method of transportation use in the city at a very affordable cost ($10 - $15) download the app and it will guide you through the process quickly.

Quiet, Clean and Professional

I stayed 4 nights. Everything was exactly as described. I had all the amenities of home despite being 1300 miles from my own bed. The owners were super friendly and professional. If youre like me and want a place to stay that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Vegas, this is a great choice.

Invasion of Privacy and Harassment

Multiple issues. Most astonishing was a total invasion of privacy and harassment after reporting it.1. I stepped on a screw in the carpet and messaged the host. The next morning when I woke, he had replied, asking if I "needed an ambulance". I replied that it hurt, but no medical attention was necessary. While we were out later that day, he sent a message saying that they stopped by but we were out. Unbeknownst to us, they let themselves inside! I realized this after I noticed that signs posted in the bathroom (saying to clean up after yourself) had been removed. I asked him (in the VRBO messaging system) if he had been inside. Instead of replying, he and the owner showed up at our door unannounced! They didn't admit to being inside until I mentioned the signs that were removed. Creepy! VRBO told me to call the police and they would move us, but we only had a 2 more nights. We chose to avoid any contact and ride it out.2. After reporting this to VRBO, I got texts from them wanting us "to come outside to talk" making me very uncomfortable. 3. The property itself was advertised as being totally separate from the rental unit. Not true. It shares a fenced back yard, which prevents any private use, it shares ventilation (we could smell their food), and parking on premisis means 1 space on STREET.4. BRs hot, LR freezing. Rod for hanging clothes laying on floor, laundry closet door ripped off hinges. Refund denied. Horriprivate,
