We had a great time staying at this condo. The view of London Bridge was amazing, and the easy access to the beach made the location even better. The unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely upgraded throughout. We spent most of our time enjoying the area, but the amenities were great whenever we needed them. We would definitely stay here again.

Ryan was an amazing host and very accommodating. The unit was spotless and has lovely views. Our only complaint is beyond the control of the host. The complex has noise hours that were not heeded by the people below us who blasted music during an indoor/outdoor party until almost 3am!.

Thank you for the review, Lynn. I’m really glad you enjoyed the condo, the views, and that you found everything spotless and accommodating. I do want to mention that Memorial Day weekend in Lake Havasu is one of the busiest and most energetic weekends of the year, and unfortunately occasional noise from surrounding units can happen despite HOA quiet hour rules and on-site security. We were never contacted during the stay about the disturbance, otherwise I absolutely would have contacted security immediately to address it. I appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again in the future.

These waterfront Kings view condos are amazing! This one was very modern and updated. It was easy to work with the host. It's within walking distance of the bridge, a few restaurants, and the boat to take you to the casino. We had an amazing time!

This condo was beautiful. Very clean! Very updated. The views from this condo were beautiful. The bridge at night was a sight to see. We saw some awesome boats from the balcony. You can walk to so many restaurants and attractions. The pool was very warm in February.

Our stay here was absolutely phenomenal! It was a great condo with a great location. You can tell Ryan takes care of the property and put some effort into making it look good. The interior was up to date and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and watching all the boats drive by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay while in havasu!

Cozy and convenient

The condo was amazing and very comfortable. We loved having access to the sandy beach and enjoyed being on the patio. Good food is close by and London bridge shops are close enough to walk to. We will be returning soon !
