The property is great and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested to spend time there. The concern I had along with some members in the group, is the pool and the cleanness of the water and surrounding areas , water was colder than expected. Everyone enjoyed the house and every thing else was excellent.

The home is surrounded by beautiful, large oak trees, so unfortunately leaves and other natural debris can make their way into the pool between services. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week, and when you reached out requesting an additional cleaning, we were happy to have the pool company return that same day to address it. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head in the future!

Beautiful house, great for a get together with friends. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Pool and outside space was great, amazing kitchen, would stay again!

This house is outstanding. Everything in it is of the highest quality. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line cookware and plenty of dishes, glassware, and cutlery. The stove is amazing to cook on. It is an induction stovetop and cooks perfectly. The whole second floor area is just perfect for large groups. There were 15 of us and no one ever felt crowded with plenty of seating for dinners and to watch t.v. Also on the 2nd floor is the primary Master Bedroom. It is so spacious, with a large walk-in closet, a large bathroom with double sinks and a wonderful shower. The third floor has 4 more large bedrooms, plus an amazing bunk room which our teenagers loved. The first floor had a spacious common area with a sofa bed and another King suite. As for the outdoor area, it was incredible. A beautiful pool, lots of seating, not only around the pool, but a large seating area with a t.v., kitchen area, and large gas grill. The beach was .6 miles away and the host provided a cart to carry all the chairs to the beach. The house is amazing. Only issue was poor response over a maintenance problem, but overall, I would definitely recommend this house. It is a gem!

This house is beautiful and a 30 second drive to the entrance of Sea Pines. A less than 10 minute walk to the beach. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and all had an amazing bathroom. It was the perfect spot for our family and we would love to return!
