I called it a Private Location

The place was nice!!!! Joseph( Host) Has great communication skills!!!! The place felt like a nice hideout getaway and nice neighborhood. I would love to come back. Thanks for the stay!!!

1st Floor

Nice place but the ceiling has no insulation. We could hear every foot step. The master bed also slopes to the middle. Be careful in the master shower the soap holder is installed upside down almost landed on my toe. Close access to the L train. Always had parking close.

Bed sheets were dirty. Seemed like they were not washed after last guests. There was an additional bed stored in a closet with no extra sheets or blankets available for use. Host should have provided extra towels since we booked a 3 night stay. We had to go buy Tide pods to wash towels and bed sheets.

Met our needs

Overall we had a good stay, and the location with its proximity to the green line was perfect for our needs. We were impressed with how quiet the house was considering the location.The main negative was the bed in the master bedroom, which was very uncomfortable, rolling its occupants into the middle. Also, the master bathroom had racks installed upside down so any weight makes them fall.
