Escape to this amazing house in picturesque Argyle. This terrific property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. A peaceful retreat with modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a fitness room, this house is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay. We also disk golf in the rear and full size Ping-Pong. Don't forget darts at your discretion. There are also security cameras in the front and rear of the property for your protection as well as a ring camera. If you have any issues with that, please let me know and we can work together to have a solution, but the ring camera is mandatory as well as the front camera to ensure your safety and ensure that my house rules are being followed. The amenities were poorly maintained and when I mentioned it to the host, he did not respond. The only thing he helped with was a gas leak in the house that was still not fixed after someone came to look at it. The house was dirty (there was a burnt hot dog in the microwave, the floors were dirty and the fans were covered in dust), a cigarette smell in one of the rooms, cigarette butts, a dead rat and old poop in the backyard and piles of trash down the sides of the house. It also said there was a gym in the title and there was no gym. This place definitely needs a cleaning crew.

Upon arrival, horrible smell of smoke and not clean. Trash in cans inside and piled up outside. No gym as advertised. Razor blades not boxed, left out. Webs hanging from ceilings and fixtures. Host was threatening when assistance with cleanliness was brought up. Illegal drugs outside on patio. Paint on floors and scuffs/holes on walls, uninviting. Floors sticky throughout. We actually were evicted by the host/homeowner due to us bringing this up. He is only concerned with his money, not cleanliness, health and safety.
