Thank you for the kind words. We are so glad the house made a comfortable base for your brother's wedding weekend, and that the location kept the driving simple. Wedding weekends have a lot of moving parts, so we try to keep this place clean, quiet, and easy to come home to at the end of a long day. It was a pleasure hosting your family, including the two smallest members of the group. We would love to welcome you all back to Thompson's Station anytime.

Thank you for the review, and for the dinner recommendation. That spot around the corner is a favorite of ours too, and it is hard to beat being able to walk to a good meal out here. The antiques are part of what drew us to this house in the first place, so it means a lot that you noticed the collection. We also appreciate your patience with the trash bin mix up and the extra washcloths, and for being so considerate of the neighbors while you were here. Thank you for staying with us. You are welcome back anytime.

Thank you for the kind words. Two weeks is a proper stay, and we love hearing that you and your friends settled in and made the yard your own. It is one of our favorite corners of the property, especially in early September when the evenings finally start to cool off. The restaurant around the corner is a neighborhood favorite of ours as well. Thank you also for taking such good care of the house, and for bringing the pups along. We would be glad to host all of you again anytime.

This house is charming and clean! Our host (Veronica) was very easy to correspond with from renting, check-in and check-out. This was a perfect fit for our family. Small neighborhood feel with rural views but close to grocery, gas etc.. Our family would rent here again.

Thompson station visit

This listing was spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Check in was easy. Response time was quick. Location was simple to get to and easy to get to the interstate. The property was exactly as it was listed and in immaculate condition. Kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. (Lacked a can opener but we were able to “wing it”). We will most definitely stay here again.

Everything you need

This house is just lovely and very easy to get to! We weren't at the house other than sleeping, but it was awesome. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet. The house was spotless, well appointed, and felt bigger than it actually is. We did not have time to use the kitchen, but it looked to have everything you would have at your own home. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. We would have booked 2 hotel rooms for this trip had we not found this house. The cost of the house was cheaper than the hotel option and much more comfortable!! I would highly recommend this property.

Check in and out processes were very easy. Host communication was great. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (except the groceries of course) to prepare and eat meals. Coffee station was pretty well stocked, except just a few K cups so we had to buy more. Propane tank for grill was empty so had to buy another tank which was an easy process. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice and stocked. The house was great and Thompsons Station is a nice quaint and quiet location. There are train tracks near but we only heard it once or twice a day. Never at night. It’s a little far to go back and forth to Nashville, but if you just want to stay south of Nashville, this place is great.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear that check-in/out were seamless, communication felt easy, and that the kitchen and coffee station helped you settle right in. I appreciate you letting us know about the low K-cups and the empty propane tank. We’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-appointed bathrooms, and the peaceful charm of Thompson’s Station. The train does pass occasionally, but we’re happy it didn’t disturb your stay. While the home is a bit south of Nashville, we love that it offers a quiet retreat with quick access to Franklin, Leipers Fork, and the surrounding area — and we’re glad it worked well for your plans. You were wonderful guests, and we’d be delighted to host you again anytime!
