We loved staying at Tina’s place. It was very clean and so comfortable. Tina met us on arrival and was so accommodating and helpful. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; walking distance from the heart of Mill Valley and just blocks from our grandkids. We’d would stay there again. Thanks Tina! Joyce

We had a great stay at Tina's. The studio was spacious, clean and had all we needed. For the price, it is a very good value. Fantastic location, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Mill Valley. A few notes to consider: As the studio is underneath Tina's home, we could hear the dog going back and forth at times. It was really not an issue for us as it was not frequent or overly loud. AC would have been nice for us, but not an issue most times of year. There are no screens in the windows but we opened them to cool the room down. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just OK. Tina was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Mill Valley.

Clean, Quiet, sunny and private location five minutes from center of Mill Valley, Perfect for a couple. We stayed for a month. Host is attentive and has the placed cleaned weekly. Happy to go back anytime. Martin & Viviane

Lovely spot

my stay in Mill Valley was quite wonderful. Small studio met my needs(visiting nearby family) in every way. Easy checkin. Clean and appropriately equipped. Great location. Tastefully furnished. And accurately portrayed including photos. Would definitely stay there again .

Great Location and Host!

Incredible location within walking distance to hiking trails, coffee shops and restaurants! Property was very well appointed with lots of natural light and comforts! Host was great and accommodating!

Great minimalist studio

This studio rental is in a beautiful neighborhood and within 2 blocks of downtown Mill Valley -- it's a great location with easy street parking. The unit has a very small fridge, a microwave, a tea pot, and a Keurig but lacks a stove/oven and the dishes need to be washed in the bathroom sink. The unit temperature is controlled by the host (which meant my partner was cold most of the time). The bed was comfortable and the unit has good storage and nice natural light. Overall it's a nice, minimalist rental.

Cozy, Cute and Quiet

I loved staying in Tina’s apartment. It had everything I needed and Tina was an excellent host. Being downtown Mill Valley is the best place to stay in Marin County. It was cozy, cute and quiet. I’ll be back again soon.

Great Vrbo

This was the perfect Vrbo, literally steps away from downtown Mill Valley. It had the perfect amount of space, and was very clean. Tina was very welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay at this Vrbo again.

Tina’s place in Mill Valley

We completely enjoyed our time at Tina’s. The room is very large, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We could walk into the charming town of Mill Valley in two minutes and also had easy access to all the other places we like to go when we’re in that area. It is mentioned in the description that the only sink is in the bathroom, but it was easy to work around that for our breakfasts and occasional dinner in the room with take out food. We felt very at home.

Mill Valley Gem

This was a perfect gem of a place to stay in the heart of Mill Valley. A two minute walk to town, with a cute market, restaurants galore, and fabulous shops, this was a great spot. Not to mention that it’s a short drive from Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, Marin Headlands, and a quick jump onto the 101 into the city. Tina is a great hostess! Though the space has no kitchen, she makes sure you have a fridge, microwave, tea pot, and Keurig with coffee, tea bags, and even some snacks so you can make breakfast if you choose. Accommodations are top notch, with a huge walk-in closet area for your belongings and large shower in the bathroom. We loved this place, Tina was super gracious and helpful, and highly recommend. We will definitely be back again when we return to San Francisco.

Perfect short term apartment for 2

Super clean and cute, 2 minute walk to town, safe neighborhood with street parking. Accurate listing and great communication from host. Couldn't be better for a short Mill Valley stay.

A perfect gem

Tina’s rental was the perfect spot for two and the location could not be better. The quaint town of Mill Valley with its shops and restaurants is an easy walk from the rental. Communication and access to the unit was a breeze. Also Tina is the nicest!

Location Location

This is a wonderful place. Close to downtown and in my case close to my daughter’s house. Although no kitchen there was everything that I needed. Will plan future trips based on the availability of this spot!

Mornings start with a stroll into downtown Mill Valley for coffee at Peet's, The Depot, or Equator. When we are not working, we enjoy hiking and tennis during the day and dining out/catching a show downtown in the evening. Our favorite days are when we never need to use the car because we can walk to all amenities.

Our home is centrally located near downtown. The street is wide and flat. The front of our house is on Buena Vista and the back is on Oakdale. There are about 16 steps up from Buena Vista to the house and about 16 down from Oakdale so you need to be able to handle the stairs.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The house is almost 100 years old. The neighborhood is charming. There are many trees. It feels almost like a treehouse when you are inside looking out. The room is on the bottom floor and stays unusually cool on hot summer days. It is relaxing and beautiful.
