Beautiful, clean beach house with access to the beach just across the street. The house had everything we needed, and plenty of it (for the pool, beach, kitchen), Very gracious host… very attentive! Highly recommend this house!!! Each bedroom has a nice, full bath. Our friends and my family enjoyed our stay (three families). Thank you for hosting us!

The house was lovely. Big, well decorated and in a perfect location. Everything we needed for the beach was there. But we were completely surprised to learn after a day at the beach, night in the pool, that there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, or even laundry detergent. There was no scrubber for the pots. A house for 22 people with limited toilet paper and paper towels. No leftover containers or basic seasoning. We will stay here again as it was just a house that did not feel like home.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, its location, and the beach amenities. For clarity to future guests, our rental documents explain that this is a self-catering vacation rental. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags, while guests provide additional supplies, toiletries, laundry detergent, food, seasonings, and storage containers needed during their stay. Unfortunately, this guest did not review or return the required rental documents before arriving and arrived before the stated 4:00 PM check-in time expecting immediate access. We communicate these policies in advance so guests know what to expect, and we strongly encourage everyone to review the information provided before arrival. We appreciate that she would consider staying with us again.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this home again. The location is unbeatable, literally right across from the beach access, and it truly felt almost like being on the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 to sleep, dine, and relax comfortably. We loved the pool, and the beach gear closet was such a thoughtful touch, with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and toys. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated having two washers and two dryers, a huge convenience for a large group after long beach days. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to stock a few more basic kitchen items, like a few common spices and a scrub brush, and to double-check that each bathroom is fully stocked before guests arrive. Those were very minor issues and didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, just a walk across the street for beach access. Our only issue is all of the locks on the exterior doors are very difficult to operate. The doors are also very difficult to close in the unlocked position. I understand the salty air corrodes things quickly - I think it's time to change out the locks. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy; kitchen facilities were exceptional; wi-fi access was easy. We were there from 7-20 through the 25th and we didn't enjoy the sewer smell. A few times we were not allowed to use the bathrooms. House was gorgeous.

Beautiful and cleanest house

The house is super clean and nice. They provided all the amenities you could think of, from beach towels, wagons, beach chairs, extra pillows and blankets to play pens and high chairs for babies. This is one of the first rentals that I have ever rented that had accommodations for just about anything you needed. The owner renovated the house beautifully and the pictures doesn't do it justice. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

WOW! What a pleasant stay! I can not say enough good things about this home and its location. We have stayed in a LOT of VRBO homes and this one was the best as far as supplies provided. The kitchen pantry had every pan/dish/utensil etc that you could want. The pool area was perfect and the temperature of the water was perfect. Also, a great perk was they had a basket FULL of great quality beach towels. This was a wonderful benefit. Every bed was comfortable and it was perfect for our family of 10 - we loved that everyone had their own bathroom. Also, the two half baths kept everyone's private bathroom private. Having the half bath close to the pool was great. The living room and kitchen area were perfect. I really can't brag on this home enough. My whole family said this was one of the best home that all 10 of us (adults) have every stayed in. I really appreciate the owners having so many supplies for us. They even had enough beach chairs and umbrellas for us all including coolers and two wagons to help us get it all to the beach. If you are headed to South Padre Island and need a home to fit your larger group - I highly recommend this home.

Our family and close friends stayed here to celebrate my dad's 80th. From start to finish the hosts were very responsive and reasonable. We had many requests and they worked with us on each one. The house is beautiful and very well kept, the only thing to point out is to wear shoes in the house or the bottoms of your feet will be black. We had an issue with the 3rd floor air conditioning the 2nd night of our stay, I reach out right away and received an immediate response with some troubleshooting. When the troubleshooting didn't work they sent maintenance and it was fixed within an hour. Will gladly stay here again in a heartbeat

Beautiful home! The pictures were exactly how it looked when we arrived. Elevator was very convenient with our luggage. The beach was literally steps away. It was spacious enough for 14 of us. Pool was amazing, we loved the kitchen. The extras such as the wagons, chairs and coolers were very beneficial for us so we didn’t have to worry about that. Each room had their own bathroom, plus two half bathrooms. Host was very accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!
