Die Lage ist sehr schön mit Zugang zum Strand über die Straße. Zimmer ist in der dritten Etage über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und schön eigerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist mit Ausrichtung nach Süden optimal. Insgesamt kann man die anläge Midnight Cove und das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen.

Great Siesta Key Rental

Good location, short walk to the beach, all the amenities you need, close to restaurants and grocery store, good floor plan with open air concept, nice view of the canals and harbor, private parking space included, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and cooler included, onsite pool great for relaxing, reasonably priced.

Beautiful property

The property and condo were very beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony and view. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and ice cream shops which was very enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked and had all the supplies we needed. The washer and dryer were very convenient and easy to use. The king bed was a little hard/stiff and the room was very warm even with fan on. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and wagon which was super convenient when walking to the beach with young children. Be aware that this property is in a property dispute with other properties so finding an open spot on the beach was kind of difficult. It was a little strange how properties had flags placed all around the beach, we found it confusing.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed relaxing on the veranda after time at the beach or pool. The condo size is perfect for a couple or a small family. Loved the covered parking. We did use the hop on, hop off trolley to take a quick tour of the island.

Clean and quiet property with cove for relaxing and ease access to “a beach” via gate and South Island market and shops Not easy access to set up beach- access gate is close but use of beach is not permitted on private beach (which gate is access to a private beach) even though access is promoted- guests of MCII have to travel to use public beach not ease for families with beach gear or littles

Super duper!!

All I can say is WOW!! This condo is better than the photos, it is like a brand new place. It was clean, roomy, convenient to the beach…basically perfect! We are a family of 4 —2 children in their 20’s…the guest room is very small but the only time they were in there was to sleep. The rest of our days were spent on the amazing beach, in town shopping or dining at one of Siesta Village’s great eateries. One slight issue was the internet for the smart TVs. The signal was very unstable and we couldn’t watch 2 televisions at the same time. The location is fantastic if you don’t want to be close to the hullabaloo in the village. The trolley stop is close by and the best way to get around. The parking spot for this unit is tricky so if you have large vehicle I would recommend parking in visitor spots. Also wonder if screens could be added to the lanai doors. While it’s great to have them open, we encountered a few flying insects especially in the evening when they were left open. The beach chairs and wagon are a nice touch. All the comforts of home. We hope to be back next year! Rent this unit, you won’t be disappointed!!

Siesta Key Summer Vacay

Overall this property was outstanding! We loved the ease of access to the pool and beach. Lots of good shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Everything in the home was in good working order and the check in/check out procedures were clear and easy.

Cute and Comfortable!

Accommodations were fine but onsite amenities were unexpectedly restrictive. Unless we missed reading about it in advance, use of the pool area was quite restrictive. So much so that we had to chuckle as we overheard another family say they were surprised one of the rules didn’t restrict swimming in the pool itself. We were also told that there were sections of the beach that were restricted to specific communities. We ultimately decided to drive a bit down the road and visit another more public section of the beach. I would still recommend this location, just not to families with small children as they will undoubtedly want to swim in a pool they can use a ball, pool noodle (smh), or some other floaty - not to mention using the tables there to have a cold drink or snack. (IDK)

Fantastic location

Overall we loved the trip. The condo was very clean. The management company were fantastic to work with. They were very quick to answer all my questions. We had originally had my husband and I along with our son and his wife and infant daughter coming. My adult daughter ended up meeting up with us too. There are a few things that need updating though. First and most importantly, the sleeping option review. I do not recommend using the sofa bed as a real place to sleep. It is in terrible shape. My daughter had to lay sideways on the mattress to avoid the raised bars. She was a very good sport about it though. The master bedroom mattress was a bit firm, so if you like a firmer mattress, you will be pleased. The guest bedroom has 2 twins and they were extremely comfortable. The only issue is that the room is very stuffy and hot. They keep a little fan in there, but by morning my son, DIL, and grand were waking up sweating. It's a small space, so I would not recommend using it as we had. But that is on us. It would be a perfect place for a young family. The kitchen is not very well stocked with spices, etc. They supply salt and pepper only. So just be prepared to bring or buy whatever you will need to cook with. The frying pans definitely need to be replaced. All the utensils were great though. There aren't any melamine plates, etc. Only ceramic. If you have young children, you may want to bring some with you. We just bought paper plates. We definitely come back.

Perfect spot for our vacation. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and close to everything we wanted to do! We had everything we needed for a day at the beach or a dinner in. We even grilled out on evening. Great spot!

Siesta Key Vacation.

We stayed at Midnight Cove II and the property is flat out gorgeous. The two bedroom condo was updated with granite countertops and the view from our terrace was exceptional. The property had a keypad lock system that worked really well because you didn’t have to remember to take your keys every time you left. The check in was super easy and contactless. The rental company checked with us four times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The location was right off the south bridge to Siesta Key and easy to find. We definitely stay there again and our vacation was fabulous.
