Newly remodeled and centrally located in Geneva, this three-bedroom home accommodates up to nine guests near Seneca Lake, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, downtown dining, and the Finger Lakes wine trails.

The home combines updated interiors with practical amenities for families, couples, and groups visiting Geneva. Downtown boutiques, restaurants, cafés, parks, and the college campus are all within walking distance.

* 0.5 mile to Hobart and William Smith Colleges

* 2 miles to Belhurst Castle

* 10 miles to Three Brothers Wineries and Estates

* 17-minute walk to downtown Geneva

* 20-minute walk to campus



Important information:



* This property is not pet-friendly.

* The entrance is located on the side of the house; refer to the listing photos for guidance.

* Your access code will be included in the check-in instructions sent 24 hours before arrival. Press the checkmark button after entering the code.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.

* Before departure, secure the home, place used dishes in the dishwasher, and start a cleaning cycle.

* Garbage collection is Friday; please place the bins outside Thursday evening.

* Set the thermostat to 70°F and turn off any window air-conditioning units before departure.

* Exterior cameras monitor the front-door area. There are no cameras inside.

* Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

* Propane tanks are available for the gas grill, but propane levels are not supplied or monitored.

* Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any damage or concerns within the first hour.



Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day.



Lawn care may occur during your stay. Snow-removal crews also work to keep the property accessible, although delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
