Westside Park offers a wide range of recreational activities, including tennis courts, racquetball courts, baseball fields, a community pool, and 1.5 miles of shaded walking trails, as well as a newly renovated space-themed playground perfect for kids.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and a luxury queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and groups, with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two full bunk beds and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Each room is designed for relaxation, with plush linens, cozy decor, black out cellulose blinds, and mounted flat-screen TVs for added comfort.

In the open-plan living room, you’ll find plenty of space to relax with a massive 65-inch TV perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. The home’s stylish, modern aesthetic creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The brand-new gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and all the cookware, bakeware, and dishware needed to serve up meals for up to 12 guests.
