Truly unparalleled to other accommodations, this condo is the epitome of staying downtown! with this being such a fantastic location right in the heart of our fabulous and bustling downtown, there is potential for noise. sound machines and ear plugs are provided. everything is located on the same ground level and the ladder is for the cleaners and owners to access storage in the cabinets above.

This is a great location in downtown Greenville close to everything. The pictures are accurate - it's cute with a mix of historic building and modern touches. The bedroom is in the back and very quiet and cozy. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location. Can walk all over the downtown area. Host is very honest about the street noise As stated, when the door is closed and white noise machine on , it’s quiet. There are no windows in the bedroom so it’s nice and dark. It is a busy street with a first floor entrance right off the street. We had no security issues

My daughter and I had a fantastic time in this adorable apartment. It was so centrally located, beautifully-designed, and yet also felt very private and tucked away. A hidden gem, for sure! If we are ever in Greenville again, we will be back!

This was the best getaway! The host was really receptive and we felt everything was upscale. We loved the lighting in the living room and the gourmet coffee was a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location and property! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. Hunter was a great host! Would definitely stay again!

Location was great for downtown activities. The property needs some TLC. There's peeling paint throughout the bathroom. Though this is a renovated property, much of the fixtures and updates are worn and in need of a refresh. In addition, the door keypad was not in great working order. My code never worked and the keypad randomly worked after being turned on and off. The property manager communicated well despite some logistical challenges (a couple hours before I was to arrive the property become unavailable, but by the time I landed they had rectified the availability).

We really enjoyed our stay. Previous reviews talked about noise, but when we closed the hall door as recommended and used the sound machine, we didn't hear anything.

This property has an awesome location. It is very convenient to walk just about anywhere. The decor is very nice, it’s clean, and the basics are provided. We had no problems sleeping due to noises, the humidifier drowned it all out. The bed is very firm. I prefer something a little softer, but it did not ruin anything.

What a great place! We came for my hubby’s birthday and the location was awesome, it is close to everything. It is a little loud based on the busy street but the host has given great suggestions to help with that. We would definitely recommend!

Weekend Wedding Stay!

The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! Overall amazing stay. Would easily recommend to friends/family and will be back for another great stay!

This is a great option to be in the heart of downtown Greenville. Truly in the middle of everything! The unit was as described and pictured. The bed was very comfortable! You will want to follow the instructions on cutting down road noise, but the sound machine and shut hallway door was just fine. Only for awareness, the included hair dryer is tiny!
