THE SPACE
Welcome to our guest house which sits on almost an acre of yard and a serene pond filled with small fish, turtles and frogs. Bedrooms come furnished with queen beds and desks. High speed internet is throughout the apartment. Relax in the spacing living room and enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast table. Prefer the outdoors? There is patio seating out front as well as a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs that look out over the pond.

Our home is nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood yet just minutes from everything you need. We are a 3-minute drive to downtown Travelers Rest, and only a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Furman University’s campus, the Furman public golf course, and the scenic Swamp Rabbit Trail. Bring your bike and ride the trail 1 mile north to Travelers Rest for shopping and dining, or 9 miles south to downtown Greenville, where you’ll find boutiques, fine dining, and the beautiful Falls Park on the Reedy River. For cycling enthusiasts, we’re located just up the road from Paris Mountain’s Altamont Road, a favorite among road cyclists. Nature lovers will also appreciate our proximity to Paris Mountain, Table Rock, and Caesars Head State Parks . Scenic drives north will also take you directly to Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville, North Carolina within 30-45 minutes. With easy access to local wedding venues and Greenville’s vibrant event scene, this home is the perfect place to host family and friends for your next special occasion.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have full access to the apartment which is on the ground floor — but there are 5 outdoor steps descending to the apartment. No noisy neighbors above, just our home’s detached garage. The adjacent parking and the side yard which includes the private fire pit are yours to enjoy . There is no fence between our property and our neighbors but there is ample distance between the homes which maintains your privacy.
