Sleep 12! Nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with covered boat dock and ample shoreline. Large kitchen and dining area with seating for 12. Screened in sunroom with gorgeous lake view. Master bedroom and upstairs family room with lake views. Walkout basement with kitchenette, arcade style games, big screen smart TV, and seating for 12. Perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day of swimming, fishing, or boating.
The combined indoor and outdoor space provides plenty of room for entertaining, escaping, and truly enjoying the lake experience. The home is nestled in a no wake zone that provides plenty of distance from lake traffic for swimming, fishing, or just sitting on the dock relaxing. Single slip boat dock has power and boat lift.
Feel like a lake break? Check out all Southern Illinois has to offer. Hop on the Shawnee Wine Trail, swing by Walker's Bluff Casino, tour the Shawnee canopy by Zipline, hike any of the various local state parks, or visit one of the top rated golf courses in the U.S.

We often stay at one of the vacation rentals we manage in order to ensure it provides the experience we want for own friends and family.
