Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront property. Shower w/seat. Very large, open living room with 10 ft ceiling. Gas FP. Large enclosed patio w/large shaded deck. Washer/dryer and gas grill. New appliances/cabinets. Dock access. Perfect for fisherman.Just a short, easy access to 157 and 124, friendly towns of Marion, Goreville, and Creal Springs. Local attractions include but not limited to 3 lake marinas, local restaurants, and many wonderful Southern Illinois wineries.

Excellent lake stay

Spent early Thanksgiving with family. We had a wonderful time. Everything was very nice and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful Cabin

Great place on the lake with a private covered dock

We had a great stay on lake of Egypt. The house was clean, had everything we could need and having our own covered boat dock was the best! The back deck is large for entertaining or just chilling with a great view of the water

Relaxing space

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days to rest, relax and catch up. It was the perfect space. We really enjoyed the large deck under a canopy of trees and afternoon swims in the lake. Brad was a lovely host, making sure that we had all we needed to make our stay prefect.

Yearly fishing trip

Great HQ for Shawnee National Forest visit

Property was clean , comfortable and great location to visit Shawnee National Forest attractions. Breakfast on the enclosed porch every morning, with lake view and wild life, before heading out.

Great place to stay.

Nice place on the water. Especially if you have a boat. The covered dock was a plus to be able to park my boat and just jump on and go. Also decent privacy from neighbors which is a plus.
