With 2 well-equipped bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. Conveniently located just minutes from Cherry Creek, Sloan's Lake, the mountains and downtown. A fully fenced front and side yard are perfect for your pets. There is also a trail just behind the house, leading you to scenic Barnum park complete with a large dog park. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Denver and our home has to offer.
