Our stay here was perfect in every way! We planned a girlfriends weekend getaway for a concert at Red Rocks and exploring Denver. The location of the property was very convenient for us - 20 minutes from Denver Airport and downtown Denver, and 40 minutes from Red Rocks. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated and met all of our needs. The host was very helpful communicating with me before our stay, at check in/out and offered help with anything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

This home is cozy, comfy and spotless! My family had a wonderful stay while our son was treating at Anschutz. The location is close to everything, neighborhood is safe and quiet. The private backyard is a great added bonus. The beds are very comfortable and the whole home is very well appointed. Our host was very accommodating and extremely responsive. She made a difficult time for us a little easier. Thank you for taking good care of us. Your kindness is greatly appreciate.

I stayed at the house while recovering from surgery nearby at UC Anchutz. The house was impeccably clean. There wasn't a spot of dust. But the best part is that Maria has thought of what people actually need when they come to a house and she has provided it - detergent, lotion, spices, coffee filters to name a few. These are things travelers don't often remember and it is in start contrast to the hedge fund owned VRBOs that are missing a personal touch. The sheets and pillows were very soft and the pillows are clearly expensive with thick and thin options. There is a nice park directly across the street that was great for walking my dog. The backyard was large with nice garden planters. Maria has nice places to eat outside with comfortable cushions. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and made my healing easier. Thank you.

Hi! My name is Yesy. I’m originally from Mexico and have lived in beautiful Colorado for many years. I’m a family-oriented person who loves traveling, learning about different cultures, and hosting people from all walks of life.

Being a host allows me to share the comfort, warmth, and care I put into my home with others. I take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and relaxing space for guests to enjoy—whether you’re visiting for business, medical reasons, or just a getaway.

It brings me joy to know that my home can be part of special memories and restful stays. I’m always happy to answer questions and do what I can to make your visit smooth and stress-free. Bienvenidos!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this home because of its perfect location and cozy layout. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood near parks, hospitals, and major highways, making it ideal for families, medical visits, or vacation stays.

The house has just the right balance of comfort and convenience—plenty of space to relax, a fenced yard, and easy parking. I saw its potential to be a warm and welcoming space for guests who want to feel at home while away from home.

It’s a place I’d want to stay in myself, and I’m proud to share it with others!

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my property unique is the feeling of home and peace it provides the moment you walk in. It’s a full, private home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious fenced backyard, and a park just across the street—perfect for families, medical stays, or anyone seeking rest and relaxation.

Guests love the cleanliness, thoughtful touches, and the calm neighborhood setting that’s still close to major hospitals, restaurants, and highways. I’ve created a space that’s simple, cozy, and well-equipped for short or long stays.

I also go the extra mile with fast communication, flexible check-ins, and local recommendations. My guests aren’t just staying in a house—they’re staying somewhere cared for with heart.
