This property is located approximately 18 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 12 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.
NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
The Downtown area of Los Angeles is best explored via walking, and you are centrally located to so many attractions like Universal Studios. Sunset and Hollywood Blvd is also not that far of a drive (depending on traffic). We recommend exploring the vibrant restaurant scene of this area, and of course checking out all of the shopping options Downtown LA has to offer.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California, but it is not a necessity when in DTLA. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
This home is located in Downtown Los Angeles, and parking can be a challenge, so please be aware. There is a parking garage nearby that we recommend, if you do choose to bring a car.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.
Although onsite parking is not provided, several convenient options are available nearby. Joe’s Auto Parks at 220 S Spring Street Los Angeles CA 90012 offers monthly parking with rates starting at $175.
No Parties or Events: Please respect our home and neighbors by not hosting parties or events.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fee will be charged for odor removal and cleaning if this rule is violated.
Quiet Hours: To respect fellow Higgin`s neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Rooftop Conduct: The rooftop is a shared space with other tenants. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. CCTV is operated throughout the Higgins building by the front desk concierge team and is located on the rooftop as well to ensure overall safety and security.
Trash Disposal: The trash chute is conveniently located near the elevator on your floor. Please dispose of your trash properly to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
BE AWARE: NO BOXES ARE PERMITTED IN THE TRASH CHUTE
Additionally, if items are larger than the chute entry-way and result in a blockage that does not allow proper flow, tenants are at risk of paying an unblocking fee.
Recycling: Recycling is an option available on the 1st Floor past the concierge desk.
Guitars as Decoration: The guitars in the unit are for decoration ONLY. If you`d like to use a guitar, please contact us for permission. Any damage to the guitars will result in charges.
