My wife was born and raised in Frankfort & I have been all over the world traveling in the military.

Our home is close to the Old State Capitol (1830), the New State Capitol, multiple distilleries, museums, cultural landmarks, and has quaint small town charm of cafes, shops, and a vibrant dining scene.
What we enjoy the most about our neighborhood is how the Kentucky River borders downtown and its scenic views. We love how you can walk down St. Clair Street and hear local musicians playing or sitting out on the sidewalk enjoying a meal. It just has a that small town relaxing genuine feel to it that we love!

We continuously add & update to try to accommodate guests and make everyone happy! A Home built in the 1930’s….Our guests choosing to stay here just isn’t booking a place to stay- they’re stepping into a slice of Frankfort’s story. They get to live in the history, absorb the local bourbon culture, and explore a charming downtown all in one memorable, immersive visit.
