We had a wonderful stay for the week! The condo was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the beach. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for our entire visit, which made it difficult for my parent to fully enjoy the trip since climbing 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day wasn't feasible. Even with that inconvenience, the rest of my group had a great time enjoying the pool, the beach, and everything the surrounding area had to offer. We also really appreciated the excellent communication from our hosts throughout our stay. We'd love to come back in the future and experience everything again with the elevator in service!

Great condo

We love the condo. Perfect spot on the beach especially since John's Pass is across the street and we haven't moved the car since we got here. Love the dedicated parking spot. Condo is decorated nicely and clean. Bed is comfy. Plenty of seating on balcony. Kitchen seemed stocked but did not use it other than coffee pot.

The host sent us very thorough instructions and suggestions for nearby restaurants. You can’t beat the convenient location to John’s Pass and the beach trolley service. The condo was perfect! It was decorated beautifully, immaculate, and provided great amenities. The Gulf view was amazing. Unfortunately, the weather was not. So grateful we had a cozy place to enjoy the view, even if the weather was 40 degrees! Would definitely recommend #404!

Perfect vacation

I was very impressed with the condo. It was clean and roomy! The location was perfect. Loved all the furnishings and balcony. It was furnished with most anything you needed. I enjoyed the pool area as well. Can't wait to visit again. I will book same unit.

We had a great experience at this condo! The view is AMAZING, the pool was great and communication with the host was easy via text. We do wish there was more toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. provided as there isn't a Publix within walking distance of you are like us and don't rent a car.There is a requirement to clean the fridge out and I think it would be beneficial for there to be basic condiments and such leftover for other guests to use otherwise we have to buy everything for a weeks stay and ended up having to give it away or throw it away. The condo description was very accurate. It was perfect size for a mother daughter getaway with the beach right outside.It would be nice to have one code for everything that is the same or a custom code created for each visitor as it is difficult to remember multiple codes otherwise you have to keep your phone on you at all times. Outside of the small things our trip was amazing and there's so much within walking distance to explore!! We will definitely be renting here again soon!

The condo was clean and the location was amazing. We were able to get in the room a couple hours early and the host was very quick to text back. However, there was a very noticeable musty smell that hit the second you walk in. Some of the switches didn’t seem to do anything, and we noticed a spliced wire connecting one of the light fixtures. Security was nonexistent at the beach access that was gated with a lock code. The one gate had a bag wrapped around the door handle letting anyone get in the pool area, caution tape where a gate used to be put up around another area letting anyone in, and the locked gate to the beach was never closed. The few times it was closed, people were able to find a very easy way to get in and use the pool area.

We enjoyed our stay! This was a good sized condo living area but the bathroom was tiny. Would be good to change to a shower and install higher toilet. Needed more kitchen trashbags and toilet paper. We liked the location and would stay here again.

Great location and beach

I was nervous about staying here because there were no reviews to give me insight about the place so I was pleasantly surprised by it. The location was great - right across the street from John’s Pass so we had quick access to food and shopping. The beach wasn’t crowded like Clearwater Beach. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and spacious. An added bonus was a few beach chairs, boogy boards and sand toys. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay but wanted to provide some specific feedback from our stay.Safety Issues:While we appreciate the white tile in the kitchen and hallway being mopped, it was still wet upon our arrival at 4:00 and was very slippery to walk on. It took over 24 hours for it to dry. Suggest it be towel dried after mopping.I had my PC on the table (closest to the wall, facing the door wall) and when I got up I hit my head hard on the pointed corner of the light fixture. This happened several times to myself and my husband. Suggest shortening the chain so it's out of the way.The Living Room TV remote didn't work as expected. I pressed some of the buttons with no response which was very frustrating when I was trying to enter my Hulu Logon information or trying to change channels. Also it would be helpful if you had a list of local news stations. The listing indicates a Coffee Maker is included. We assumed it would be a Kerig type and brought our K-Cups from home. Was surprised to see a drip coffee maker and we had to go out and purchase ground coffee which we have no use for at home. Listing should specify the type of coffee maker.The dresser mirror is too short to see your head in it, plus is mostly blocked by the TV. TV should be hung on the wall. Master Bedroom light switch doesn't turn anything on.

We absolutely loved our condo at Sandy Shores! The condo was very clean, amazing view, and had all of the beach essentials necessary for the ocean. The location is perfect for John’s Pass and everything is in walking distance. The codes were easy to remember for accessibility! Thank you again. See ya next year!
