Tevis is a Marine Corps veteran, is a skilled welder, property inspector, and repairman, while Rhiannon is an award-winning real estate agent and Supervisor at Realty 618. Together, they founded 618 Short Stays, a short-term rental property management company inspired by their two years of successfully managing their own rental.
