Seasonal Rooftop Closure: Please note, the rooftop deck is closed for the winter season due to ice and snow. This safety precaution is in effect until the weather warms up in the spring. We appreciate your understanding.

Apartment Appearance: While the pictures are representative of the unit's style, the actual apartment's layout and decor may have slight variations.

Initial Supplies: We provide an initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper and soap). Guests are responsible for purchasing their own for the remainder of their stay.

Smart TV: A Smart TV is provided, but you will need to use your own login credentials for streaming services. Please remember to log out before you check out.

Security: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are present on the property exterior. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



★ A Background Check and Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. ★ 📄

➤ All guests must complete the background check & submit required information before arrival. For same-day bookings, information must be submitted within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification criteria.
