Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the Tree Hale, featuring private bedroom, bathroom, and spacious living area. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchenette with everything needed to prepare meals, as well as your own grill! washer and dryer are on-site for added comfort during your stay. Beach equipment is also available for guest to enjoy!

A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! Classic Hawaiian experience but not the classic resort experience.

A good enough place to stay. Despite the lack of AC, it was cool enough thanks to the ceiling fans. There is quite a bit of noise from the nearby intersection, usually being worst at night. Thankfully it was never bad enough to wake me up or really bother me, but just be prepared for the occasional loud vehicle blasting music.
