Weekend secret place

This place is a much place to stay away from the strip! Has so many things to offer, like a small community has a beautiful lake where you can do standing board and kayak. Has nice restaurants, pub and most we really like Saturday night the a stage by the water and band performed “what a treat” and also we luck out Hilton is next door they have tribute to Eagles!!Henderson has so much to offer!

Lovely stay

Overall nice place would recommend. Neat, clean very functional. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Only down side is limited close parking which is only a drawback if you have physical limitations

Everything was as photos and description said. Had a problem with the shower. Couldnt regulate the temperature and flow was to a trickle. Owner offered us a discount which was nice.

Beautiful Condo and Property

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Nice kitchenette with everything you need to prepare meals. Nice restaurants on the property with decent pricing. The host was very friendly and provided great communication.We will definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable

The stay was wonderful. Raymond was very reaponsive and ensured all our needs were met, while maintaining contact throughout our stay. Very good location and the pools were an added bonus.

This was exactly what we needed for our event at the Hilton next door. Last time we stayed at the Hilton but this property was so much better and for a much more reasonable price.

Fantastic location, tons to do

Loved our time at Lake Las Vegas and we got to do some very cool things: hiking, bird watching, canoeing on the lake, dinner out, swimming, hot tub, and relaxing on the private patio. Can’t wait to do it again.

Great place for a getaway

My husband and I came down for 3 weeks for some sunshine and golf. The condo was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. I like sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning; nice view of part of the lake. Kitchen has essentials for eating in and basic cooking. We had some minor trouble with the parking garage access, but it was resolved very quickly and easily. This was our second stay in Lake Las Vegas; we like being away from the strip and enjoy the walkability of this area, and we like the Village shops and restaurants.

Lake getaway

The property looks pretty but something must be done with the abandoned casino. It is an eye sore. 2 residents told me that “there is something always broken around here” referring to broken washing machine, broken vending machine, a water leak in the laundry room floor. I thought it was interesting they complained about the property. Property looks nice but I would not want to live there.

Very nice place to stay with numerous unique shops nearby including a small grocery/deli store. Room is nice! Kitchen was clean and nicely equipped. TV was setup nicely and easy to use. Bathroom was a bit beat up and could use some repairs or updating especially around shower area. Arrived at this place during the night and it was very hard to figure out parking. On the approach, the street area has very little lighting and is very dark. Instructions were to park at the 5 level Hilton/Village garage. I found this garage but I never saw anything that said Hilton till the next day. The word Hilton was on a large 3' x 3' white portable sign but the letters were like 2" high. Even though this sign was white, you could not see it unless your headlights were right on it, it was that dark in this location. And the note: "park at your own risk" had me a bit worried.

Great Location and Facility - Security and Cleanliness Need Work

Our second time here. We will come again. We love the location and the luxury. This year we had a scary issue with security and being threatened by people who were trespassing. Three different times a dog peed in the elevator and we had to either wait for it to be cleaned(and only one elevator worked) or step around it. The pool was temporarily closed because people who were partying got blood around the pool. The unit we stayed in was very nice but sparse - skimpy on toilet paper. No kleenex. We added two pool towels, toilet paper and kleenex and two floaties for the pool with a pump.

Super cool location

The area is very cool. Walk around and enjoy it. Apartment was great. Pull out couch is an air mattress, but a nice one. We’d stay here again for sure

This property is in a great location if you want to be outside of Vegas. It is very dated / in need of updates. The kitchen/living area was nice but missing some basics, like a cutting board or sharp knives. The balcony was lovely, but the light was burnt which made it awkward at night. Would have been great to have a heater out there too.

When we visit Vegas to see family in Henderson we usually stay at off-strip casinos, but this year we chose lake Las Vegas and we’re so glad we did! The condo is perfect, has a great view, is right next to the village so everything is a few steps away. Absolutely LOVED this place and will be staying here again!

Peaceful rest at Lake Las Vegas

Clean and functional apartment with a nice balcony with beautiful view over the pools and lake, not overlooked. A few steps from the village and the lake, with all the restaurants. All major stores, Target, Wallmart ... within a few minute drive.
