Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18-hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus-designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hiker, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

For the spa enthusiast, there are two spas that provide therapeutic massage and skin treatments as well as steam, jacuzzi, and relaxing rooms.

Parking garage was a little bit far for my spouse. At night it was not well lit on the walk back. The bedroom tvs did not work-Roku remotes not working. Never remedied after alerting property manager. Limited kitchen equipment and pillows were terrible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at West Las Vegas. The check in process and all correspondence with the host were easy to understand and all codes and directions worked flawlessly. The condo was both beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend a visit to Lake Las Vegas.

We got mrried

Nice place, very comfortable….shower is a bit tiny, but maybe I expanded like a sponge. Only issue was the internet connection. We could never connect my IPad or the streaming services in the bedroom. We were left to our own imaginations, which was fine. We were so busy that when we came home we didn’t have energy for much more. The staff was lovely.

Perfect location, very clean!

The location was perfect, Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful area. Close enough to the airport and downtown Vegas. Only 45 to an hour drive to great hiking, kayaking and sightseeing at Red Rock Canyon and the Hoover Dam. Cute little restaurants onsite. Super clean, would only suggest having a few extra items onsite. Hand soap and a few bottled waters would be a plus especially when arriving late. Would definitely stay again!

Golf Weekend

We picked our VRBO for location to golfing and community. No regrets. Building is secure and protected. Enjoyed the onsite restaurants and grocery. Scenery was beautiful. Recommend this for anyone.

Property was as listed, entry door is hard to open, had to push hard to get in and pull hard to get out. Pool heater was not working for the two weeks we were there. Smoke detectors went off every time we use the oven or the toaster (what is normal toast), we had to make sure the doors or windows were open and the vent fans were on in both bathrooms to prevent this from happening. beds are very firm.

Great location great condo great all around

If you’re looking for a place that is close enough to the liveliness of the Vegas strip but has enough distance to also enjoy the scenery and quietness this is your place. Pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s was the perfect size for my family of 4. It was super clean and well equipped with all basic necessities. If you’re looking for a solid place to stay at in Las Vegas, don’t hesitate this is the spot.

Beautiful and peaceful

This condo located at Lake Las Vegas was the perfect spot for relaxing. The pools and hot tub are pristine. The neighborhood has several restaurants and shops as well as a grocery mart. The condo itself is well appointed and clean. Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for cooking.

Wonderful

Lovely. Big kitchen with plenty of ammenities to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms and bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Not a Vegas person and needed a quiet place to rest our heads while attending a weekend of shows at the Sphere. Was only about a 30 minute drive to and from the show and dinner downtown. Enjoyed having a place to stay without the hussle and bustle. Would stay again.

Relax and Enjoy

A great location - just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Vegas and within driving distance to hiking in Valley of Fire (1hour) and Zion (3 hours), Hoover Dam was 30minutes away. Great amenities and the condo was clean and well appointed. Set up for simple cooking. Mexican restaurant in the courtyard was fabulous!

Great property and location

A very nice condo with good view and great location. Good restaurants and a small grocery are a 4 minute walk. Unit was clean and easy to access. The property manager was very communicative and easy to reach.

great village of opportunities

We enjoyed all aspects of the condo, from the balcony overlooking the pool, to the hot tub in the pool area, to the restaurant and shopping opportunities in the village right outside our door. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Las Vegas!!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Viera and would definitely return. The location is a great home base to travel to the Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire Park, Hoover Dam, and the Vegas strip. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was lovely!! Great place!!

Golf Family

This unit was perfect for the 3 of us. Everything we needed was provided. We are a golf family so the location was perfect with the courses around Lake Las Vegas. The managers were very helpful. Our flight into Vegas was delayed and they stayed late to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Will definitely stay here again for our future trips. The restaurants and shopping are steps away which made eating out handy.
