Estero Beach and Tennis Club #101b - This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachside condo has a great amount of amenities inside and out! It features a full kitchen, private lanai, king bed and a queen sleeper in the main living space. Max occupancy of 4 guests per stay. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This beachside Estero Beach & Tennis Club complex has a large, resort-style heated pool and multiple sports courts, including tennis, bocce and pickleball. Pay-per-load laundry rooms are located on the ground level of each building. Plus, right across the street is Fish Tale Marina, CVS and Santini Plaza with many great shops and eateries!

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During the high season (December through April), our property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
