Nice balcony, great host

We loved the balcony overlooking the city and the convenience of a store steps away. Ivan was a great host and met us as promised to show us in.

Fantastic apartment just outside of Dubrovnik

The apartment is located a short walk outside of the walls. It is clean and quiet. We loved sitting on the large balcony.

Ivan was wonderful host who arranged a garage for our car and helped us with our luggage. Terrace offered stunning views of the Old Town and the Adriatic 12 minute walk to Ploce Gate. Perfectly located for everything. Cafe and grocery store With fresh daily baked goods both 20 meters from apartment.

Great view!

Well organised and friendly hosts! The balcony offers sea view and is a perfect place for breakfast or a glas of wine in the late evening. Short walk to city wall and Ploce gate. However many stairs to climb on the way home from city or beach. Take your time! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Only the kitchen could offer more equipment.

The perfect apartment for our stay!

Entrace into Old Town is a 10 minute walk. There is a market close by as well. This was the perfect get away from the crowds of Old Town with a spectacular view and terrace. Marijana welcomed us and went over everything in the apartment. They were very generous in our check out time and also arranged a driver to the airport for us. The apartment was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Can't say enough great things about this place and the communication of our hosts. We definitely recommend this vrbo!

Fantastic holiday in Dubrovnik

From initial enquiries, to personally taking us back to the airport, Ivan was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any emails. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Dubrovnik and also to visit the beaches. It was cleanly presented with simple furnishings and the bonus of air conditioning. The terrace has stunning views making it a pure delight to relax on. There is a small supermarket less than a minute away for essential items but of course eating out in Dubrovnik is a highlight. We absolutely loved our first visit to Dubrovnik and the sea, though initially chilly, was crystal clear and lovely to swim in. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Tres bon endroit! 10 min de la vielle ville. Le studio est simple et confortable, le patio est vraiment très grand. Ivan est tres gentil pour nous conseiller et nous a bien reçu. On est allé chercher notre voiture de location la veille de notre départ et il nous a offert son garage pour stationner! WoW! Quelle gentillesse. Et, en plus, il nous a organisé notre transfert

Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Gute Lage der Wohnung war sehr praktisch für uns. Altstadt und Strand waren in der Nähe. Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, Hat uns einen Parkplatz organisiert. Diese Wohnung werden wir weiter empfehlen.

A wonderful little apartment with a fantastic view!

This was a beautiful (but fairly compact) apartment, very close to the beach and to the old town in Dubrovnik, but far enough to be fairly quiet. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, and even helped to arrange transport to and from the airport. The big plus was a beautiful, large, private terrace where you can spend hours just watching the waters!

Apartment with a view

Nice place close to Dubrovnik, about 10 minute walk to wall, lovely view of sea and town. Market 50 meters away. Take a cab from bus or boat, walk too long for that.

Convenience with a view

We had a great 4 days at the property. The host was great about communication from booking to keys in, and went above and beyond. Parking is very limited in Dubrovnik, and we had a rental car the first night, as we had driven in from Italy. He actually saved a spot for us with his own (usually garaged) car. The apartment has an amazing view, and all the amenities listed. It's above old Town, with probably a 10-minute walk into the town. You can choose city stairs (Dubrovnik may have the most stairs of any city) or a long, fairly gradual hill. The apartment itself does have a couple flights to get to from the street. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we'd stay again if we ever went back.

Tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Ausblick!

Das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer - genau wie auf den Bildern. Vom geräumigen Balkon aus hat man auch eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Das Apartment ist sauber und gemütlich, der Gastgeber war außerdem sehr hilfreich und gab uns Tipps zur Parksituation und zu Aktivitäten.

Ivan met us at the apartment and took our bags up for us. It came as advertised, well equipped and comfortable. Great terrace overlooking Dubrovnik and the ocean. Excellent stay.

I live with my wife and daughters (2,10 and 12 years old) on a sloap over Old City of Dubrovnik, a few minutes walking away from city center.I am an electronic engineer on the local hydroelectric power plant and live in the apartment above the studio so can be there if you would need any help or assistance during your stay.
