Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pool was relaxing to lay by and warm enough to swim. Very response property Mgr. Definitely a great place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable 2 weeks.

Spacious clean property at convenient Cape Coral location

Really enjoyed our stay. Marcus the property manager was very helpful and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Having a fenced in pool was a nice perk. Our neighbors were very friendly and a pleasure to share the property with. Beautiful tiled floors throughout and nice screened in lanai. One comment is owners should consider dressers for the bedrooms.

Baseball Family

We came to Fort Myers for a huge baseball tournament, so we decided since it was a week long, and we had our sons coach and pregnant wife with us we would try for the first time renting a house for the week through VRBO. With baseball you have delays in games, or early sign ins which they accommodated all of it for us! The house was so clean beautiful pool. Yes it was a duplex, but the people staying next door were also on vacation and they were so nice! I think the best thing for us though was the fact that they let our Mia (dog) come. That is so important to be able to have her with us, and Charity the property manager was amazing!! She even said hello to Mia! She was so nice!! The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. I just can’t say enough good things about this experience. I will def do VRBO again as long as it turn out like this time around.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short and did not get the opportunity to use the pool and yard but it was very well maintained. The manager, Charity, was very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful warm pool.

Pool was warm and great. House was clean and well supplied. Couch was horrible Not comfortable. Needs dresser or some kind of storage drawers in the bedrooms. Nowhere to put folded clothes. A real problem for a lengthy stay. Guests should not have to pay for refilling gas grill tank. Used it three times in a month and it was empty.

Thanks again for your booking and for your comments and suggestions. They are very important to us because they enable us to adapt our accommodations even more closely to the needs and expectations of our guests (please note that our accommodations are generally furnished to fulfill the needs of short-term stays). We now have more than 20 houses and apartments and our property management could hardly meet the desire for new gas at any time immediately. So it has been proven in recent years, that we let our guests refill the gas tank from the grill on their own.

Good clean. Great value. Excellent location

We loved this property. The pool was nice and clean. The home had everything to offer when it came to cooking your own meals. Plenty of seating for our family. We like the screened-in Lanai area played cards there as well as ate dinners. The washer and dryer were easily accessible. The only downside was the king size bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely hard. There's no box spring just a hard mattress. We talked to the person that was in charge (Charity) and she said they will be replacing the mattress soon. :-) great news for who stays next😉. We liked the location because it was easy to get into Fort Myers as well to go to Sanibel or Matlacha island. The owner was very easy to deal with and responded to questions promptly. The manager that's on site Charity was very sweet and kind and was very helpful. Definitely recommend this to any family. Great price. Hope to stay again soon!

It is true to the pictures!

We feel we got what we paid for. Good location, private and safe. While fairly comfortable, the Ikea couch was not relaxing so we mostly sat around the dining room table. The ant problem is bad - hope they use a different company soon.

Nice getaway

My family and I stayed there for a week and had a very nice time. The house was very clean and stocked fairly well. You just need toilet paper and paper towels. :-) The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the beaches. We went to a beach every day with our kids. We also traveled to the everglades, which we recommend. We saw gators! We would definitely stay at this home again. My kiddos loved the pool too!!

Perfect vacation getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in "EastSide" of Sunny Splash. The house had everything you needed. I suggested that some beach chairs be available to the renters. If you will be going to the beach, you will need these. It took about 45 minutes to get to Sanibel Island, which is a must do!! Sanibel is gorgeous and has great shelling. The dolphins were swimming and eating about 30 feet off shore. Matlacha is a great little area about 15 minutes away. I would suggest visiting this quaint little town with great shops! I would rent this house again. Very quiet and private location. You can't even hear any noise coming from the other side, which was great considering kids can get loud :)
