Located in downtown Port Royal with walking distance to Cypress Wetlands, Sands Beach, Shellring Ale Works, & located on Paris Ave with a front row seat for the numerous local community festivals. Enjoy a short drive to Hunting Island State Park & Hilton Head.

2 bedrooms: 1 with queen bed and 1 with two twin beds + pull out queen sleeper sofa in family room.
1 full bath with shower/tub upstairs and powder room on main floor.
