Regarding linens, they are offered as an optional service so guests have the flexibility to keep the nightly rental rate more affordable. We use a third-party linen vendor, as is common with vacation rentals in our area. We’re sorry the quantity and quality of the towels provided did not meet your expectations. We’re also disappointed to hear about the odor you noticed from the living room furniture. We will certainly inspect the upholstery and address the issue with our cleaning team. We do wish we had been made aware of the concern during your stay, as we would have been happy to investigate and address it while you were here. We can’t fix what we don’t know about, and we always encourage guests to reach out so we have the opportunity to make things right. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to help ensure the home continues to provide a comfortable experience for our future guests.

Lisa - We are so sorry to hear your stay was less than perfect. We did have a maintenance tech out to address the clogged drain the same day it was reported and I don't see where any other concerns were reported. There are no cameras at this property. There are heat sensing devices for the smart thermometer that could have been mistaken for cameras. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to discuss the matter further.
