LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Your St. Simons Island adventure begins in this adorable 2 story, 2-bedroom condo right in the HEART of Pier Village. Park your car and walk everywhere. Our home is across the street from the beautiful Mallery Park, basketball & pickleball courts, baseball grounds, and a fun playground. You are just steps away from all of the amazing restaurants, shops, nightlife, live music, Saint Simons Island Pier and Lighthouse, a putt putt course, and the Neptune Park Fun Zone Pool! The beach is less than a half mile away, an easy walk or bike ride. Saint Simons has connecting sidewalks throughout the entire island for easy, safe bike riding.

Our property features 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, plus a half bathroom downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a cozy, plush queen bed and a beautiful view of Mallery Park. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a large blue futon that includes a full size mattress inside for additional sleeping. Kids (or adults!) can play on our Arcade game upstairs that offers Golden Tee plus over 30 additional games.

Downstairs you will find a lovingly decorated main room with a large, comfy couch where you can sit and relax and watch football or your favorite movie. We also offer an array of board games and a set of pickleball paddles/balls, a basketball and frisbee for fun across the street at the park and courts. There are so many activities for each member of the family.

Our clean, quaint kitchen has all the necessities for your stay, including a Keurig and a coffee bar for that morning cup of Joe. If you decide to cook in, we have all the kitchen essentials you will need, including pots, pans, baking sheets, oil, spices, spatulas and silverware. Our fully stocked kitchen also has dinnerware and red and white wine glasses for that evening happy hour. Speaking of the evening...one of the favorite activities in Saint Simons is to walk to the end of the pier to see our amazing, colorful sunsets!

Our condo offers a nice private, fenced in backyard patio with a dining table and umbrella and great nighttime lighting for those al fresco dinners. We also have a new large propane grill out back plus beach chairs and towels.

Jennifer was very responsive to anything we asked about. Perfect location. We walked or biked to so much of what we wanted to explore on St Simon. Very comfortable bed and very nice bed linens and towels. The large park right across the street was a big plus with our dog. Also appreciated lots of little touches they thought of.

Our stay in St Simon’s island was perfect! Our house had everything it needed and more. I always could find the right dish or utensil or spice. Everything we needed was there and the location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to everything and the kids could walk to the park by themselves. It was never too loud at night. The owner was super responsive. Always within minutes I would receive a response to any question ahead of time or during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

This home is truly a treasure! The house is clean, tasteful and well appointed. The amenities are really nice as well as plentiful. They don't feel "rationed" like they do at many rentals. The location just can't be beat! Practically in the middle of a park and less than a block from all the restaurants and shops of Pier Village. Most of all, it's evident that the hosts genuinely want you to have a pleasant stay, and enjoy their home and time on St. Simon's as much as they do! I'm already booking a return trip!

Great place to stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property was conveniently located... walking distance to almost everything. The place was clean and welcoming with cozy decor. Big plus was our pet also enjoyed herself. And we appreciated the attentive hosts. We certainly would consider another visit.

We have been coming up on Memorial Day weekend for the past 4 years so know what we are looking for in a rental. Location of this place was perfect and it had everything you need. High quality bedding and linens stood out the most. Would definitely consider staying here next year as well. Steve & Michelle

July SSI stay

My daughter, granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay in SSI Bungalow. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned and the location was perfect! Having a private back patio was a bonus. We walked on many of our outings. The only thing that was not a 10/10 is the water pressure in the upstairs shower, but we managed. Jennifer is a wonderful host that is quick to respond. We look forward to our next visit!

Ideal, bungalow, and location!

When my Mom and I decided to take a girls trip to St. Simons Island, we were on the lookout for the perfect location with cozy accommodations. We found that in this adorable bungalow! There was not one thing we didn’t have supplied for us even a few things we had not anticipated! The linens were wonderful, the icemaker worked overtime to supply our coolers and the brand new grill was put to good use! It was so immaculate and all of the linens were wonderfully soft. The host Jennifer checked in on us and made us feel incredibly welcome. If you’re looking for a cozy retreat close to everything that St. Simons Island has to offer no further!

Best spot on SSI

I can't say enough about this sweet spot! First time to SSI and had the good fortune to be the first guest at this newly renovated condo. The new owner supplied luxury linens, towels and more. The beds were very comfortable. The owner thought of everything and was very responsive/communicative. Also, the location could not be better. Across the street is a beautiful park, restaurants and shops a block away! We loved our visit to SSI and this condo stay had a lot to do with our experience. I wouldn't hesitate staying at this sweet spot again!

The Perfect Month

Get comfortable, this is a long one. I had the joy of working remotely from SSI for the month of April and I can't imagine picking a better spot. This Bungalow was perfectly situated next to the village area. I was literally steps away from fantastic food and drinks. I was also directly across the street from the massive park which had over 150 Live Oaks. This was perfect for shady walks throughout the day and for dog walking. I enjoy playing pickleball so being 100 yards from the outdoor courts where community play happens daily was perfect. I have stayed on SSI for years and on every part of the island and this was the best location I have experienced to date. You simply can't beat how close you are to everything. I will say the walk to the beach is slightly farther but we always rent a golf cart so the short ride became part of our daily routine and something we looked forward to. Riding, biking or walking around the park to get to the beach was absolutely lovely. I would rather have this location than be directly on the water because of access to everything we wanted. The space itself was perfectly manicured as if the owners lived there full time. Their love for the space is very evident. I have run STVR for a long time is this home is top notch. This is one of those places that you wish other people wouldn't find out about so you could keep it to yourself. I will be back as soon as possible.

Jenn has the nicest setup! Her place is so well stocked, nicely furnished, *super* clean and very comfortable. A great selection of games and books, anything you would want to cook with, all the cleaning supplies and paper products, super fluffy towels, beach supplies, etc. We were so happy to be staying just steps away from the pier and all the restaurants and shops. Such a plus for my teens to be able to walk everywhere and rent fishing gear and fish off the pier. For those with younger kids there’s a playground right next door and for those who play there’s pickleball courts and a baseball field. Loading our stuff in and out was a breeze since we could park right outside the front door. All the comforts of home and none of the demanding check out cleaning checklists. That was so appreciated! We will keep this place saved for future visits for sure.

We love being near the pier with all of the amenities, great food and live music. It's so nice to walk out the front door and be steps to the park, pickleball courts, tennis and basketball courts.

The location cannot be beat. We think it's the best location on the island. We love coming up here ourselves, parking our car for the week, and walking everywhere. Being across from Mallery Park with all of the beautiful live oak trees is so special!
