The pool was great. Was hoping more restaurants would be open by now in Santini. Sofa and Love seat could use a good cleaning or replacement'

Well stocked unit. Very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.. thank you for setting us up with first day essentials to provide a smooth first day. Condo complex was quiet and secure. Pool was perfect and well-maintained. I sat out in the gazebos every morning with my cup of coffee and watched the bunnies play in the area. This condo was an amazing find. My grandson made friends his first day with other children in the complex and played in the pool most days. This unit also has some beach essentials such as beach towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler.

The pool area was wonderful and the residents and guests were friendly! An added bonus was the manatee viewing & a dolphin one day in the canal. Additionally, the security codes and screened in lanai had us feeling quite safe. Proximity to a beach access was nice. There could be some kitchen appliance additions and other updates, but the TV’s have all been upgraded. Overall, my husband & I were satisfied and would be interested in booking there next year, if the prices are reasonable.Sincerely,Rachel Kutzke

GIRLS TRIP

It was overall a very nice stay. We were disappointed to get there and find the beach access was closed and we had to walk quite a ways to find a way on the beach. We met some local people who showed us a shorter way.
