Inside the main house, the first floor keeps things cozy with two primary suites and a wide-open living space built for family hugs, big meals, and lazy mornings by the fireplace. Upstairs brings an additional primary suite, plus a fun bunkroom with two twin-over-twin bunks that’s perfect for the younger crowd and an additional king bedroom with it’s own balcony and wine fridge.

Need a little breathing room? The carriage house is a sweet bonus, with its own primary bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and living space. The front porch looks out over the pool for a peaceful start, or end, to your day.

With room for sixteen and a layout that balances connection and privacy, it’s easy to spend time together without being together every minute. Five bikes are ready for trips to the beach, while 30Avenue, a great shopping and dining hub, is perfect for after the beach. Rosemary Beach is also close enough for a two-wheel adventure.
