Great for multiple families

Stayed in the Fall, and loved the outdoor area between the two houses! The tablet that was set up to stream music on the outdoor speakers was a nice touch that added to the experience of hanging by the pool. Relaxing around the fire pit nightly was an excellent bonus that we haven't experienced on 30A before. The guest house having its own kitchen and laundry machine is another unique touch that sets this property apart from so many others that our large families have stayed at. The garage was fully stocked with so many bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, baby gate, stroller. Diamond Gulf was easy to work with and stayed in touch, checking in on our needs throughout our stay. All of this plus a short easy walk to the beach, make this a property that I would highly recommend!

Life long memories

This is an amazing and beautiful place. We spent a wonderful time with family and friends. Every thing was perfect. Footprints was spectacular as beautiful as the pictures in the advertisement. It had everything we wanted and more. Wishing we could stay and continue building a life time of memories.

Footprints In The Sand

We enjoyed our week. Having two separate houses allowed us to spread out and the kids enjoyed their space on the first floor of the main house. The house was clean and the management was very responsive to our needs and quick to help if we needed anything. We will definitely book again through Diamond Gulf Rentals.

Footprints in the sand

The pictures do not lie! This is a beautiful, well-maintained property. My large family of 18 stays on 30A every year and this was a great house. Very clean, lots of amenities, including all the beach stuff you could need. The pool area was a great place to mingle after a day at the beach my family grilled hung around and watched the kids play in the pool. We made sure to get to the beach early to get a good spot, but there is a larger public beach access just down the road from the property which is really convenient! Another great asset is the team at diamond gulf. They were very professional, polite, and responsive to each concern. Oh, and one last thing, the beds were phenomenal!

Great House, small beach

The house was great! It was the perfect size and was well equipped and clean. The beach is a very short walk but be warned it is really small. There are 40 feet of public beach that everyone has to squeeze into. The beach on each side of the public beach is private and they have security guards posted that will not let you on the beach even when they are completely empty! We got up early to stake out spot and we made it work but it would've been nice to know this info on the front end. Other than that it was great!

Great Vacation

We loved the house. It was perfect for three families, especially having two houses. I was very impressed with Diamond Gulf Rentals. The company was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The houses were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely use their services again.

Beautiful Place and Great Location

We came down for a company fishing trip. Some of the guys enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the house and the close proximity to the beach so much that they decided not to go out on the boat. One dislike we had is the door alarms that go to the pool. 12 men in and out all day and the acknowledge button only worked half the time. Very loud and obnoxious, especially for those who were sleeping on the bunks by the main house door. We understand the purpose is to protect children but when there are only adults you should be able to disable that for the weekend. Also the interface to turn music on around the pool was locked out. Maybe that's only for the owners use. All the bikes either had flat tires or busted chains. We certainly still had a good time and would book with Diamond Realty again in the future but these were just a few items that could be improved upon.

Epic vacation

The rental was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. We had 21 people 7 being under the age of 3 1 newborn. The kids really enjoyed the pool. (As did the adults lol)we had plenty of room for everyone. The weather could not have been better. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. We will definitely come back next year.

Amazing Experience

The house was beautiful. It accommodated my gang very nicely. Nice short walk to beach, although, public beach access very limited. We were crowded at times. This should be stressed to all looking to book this house....Convenience store next door was a nice bonus! The Diamond Folks did an outstanding job. From my very first inquiry...to the morning of check out, they were so helpful. I will definitely use Diamond in the future, but will probably choose a different house ONLY because limited beach access. Already looking forward to next year!

Was this a dream?

This place was so beautiful it had to be a dream. Everything promised was provided from the easy walk to the beautiful white sand beaches to the heated private pool and the fire pit to end the perfect day/evening. I sure hated waking up back to the grind stone. Can't wait for the next time!

Excellent accommodations & fully stocked home

We've rented many homes in the area and by far Diamond is the best property management company we've experienced. Leading up to, during, and after our stay they were on top of everything. The kitchen had plenty of everything and a whole drawer full of sharp knives. The home had an abundance of bath towels for our group of 20, which has been an issue at other rentals in the past. Every room has ample storage space for your belongings (closets w/ hangers and dressers) so you don't have to live out of your suitcase all week. The floor plan worked out great and with the guest house and outdoor seating areas, where were so many hang out spots. The washing machine was replaced while were were there as was a GFCI in the garage so we could charge our golf cart (rented through a 3rd party company recommended by Diamond). They were quick to respond and got the job done right! Having a golf cart really helped getting our stuff down to the beach, but not a requirement since the beach access was very close. The only thing I'd recommend is if you use the dryer in the main house, only the very hottest setting heats and it takes about 2 cycles of drying to get the load dry. We'd definitely considers staying at this home again and absolutely rent through Diamond again!

Great House!

Great House! Stayed for a week with another family and our kids had a great time. Option to heat the pool was perfect for a cooler spring trip. Close to the beach, comfortable house/space, outdoor music and fire pit were great, and beach wagon/tools made it easy to go to the beach. Kitchen and grill made for great cooking.
