Welcome to Grand View. This 2-independent-floor house offers comfortable space for up to 6 guests.

The main/top floor of the property offers our guests two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen-dining-family area with TV, a large balcony, and a garage (storage) with an automatic door. Perfect for up to 4 guests in total privacy.

The downstairs features a beautiful and spacious studio with a third bedroom, right by the pool and covered terrace. It contains a full bathroom, kitchen, A/C, smart TV, sofa, and dining table. Perfect for up to 2 guests.

Where is the best area of this amazing property? The pool!

Enjoy the amazing view of Culebra, the east side of the big island of Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean Sea. Create memories with your loved ones at the pool, playing the Life size games like Connect 4, enjoying music videos, or using your streaming apps on the exterior smart TV. Cook amazing meals at the BBQ, a perfect match for the pool area, and have dinner at the exterior dining table.

Great stay! The property was very clean. The only observations was that the ceiling fan in the master room didn’t seem to work. The master A/C worked so it wasn’t a major issue. The other observation is that the master bathroom had a bit of smell. We suspect it might be related to the septic tank return ventilation.

Amazing Views

This house provides amazing views from the upper deck and the pool! We loved having coffee on the upper deck in the morning and drinks by the pool in the evening. Our kids loved the pool! Great breeze up on the hill kept the house cool without even using the AC. House was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside to the property is that the upper level is not connected to the lower level so you have to go outside to access the lower level bedroom. Overall, we loved staying here and loved our trip to Vieques!

peaceful and spacious

great stay. As appears in pictures - spacious, clean and comfortable. Terrific view with a large deck fit for relaxing and taking in the island with a nice drink and some food. Great sun in the afternoon to enjoy the pool which is well maintained. House is great to hang out in, large and comfortable beds, clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Big Family House

This rental had plenty of space for the family and entertaining poolside. The view to the ocean is excellent. We were able to cook and eat by the pool. It was a nice stay.

Grand view

The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 6. The pool was clean and the outside space had plenty of seating and was really cute . The view was beautiful. You definitely need a rental car to get around this house is up in the hills. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive.
