Entrance and Parking: Drive up a gravel road off a quiet country lane to a private driveway with ample parking. Enjoy the stunning views of the open pasture and mountain backdrop as you arrive.

This property is perfect for those with mobility issues! There are 2 short steps to the front doors and inside we have wide hallways a shower with handholds and a high toilet.

We are also kid friendly with a baby gate, high chair, and pack-n-play with sheets available for use.

Kitchen: This newly updated, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware—everything you need for group meals. We provide a selection of spices as well. The kitchen includes a cozy eat-in table for 3 and a spacious island with seating for 2, plus a dedicated coffee bar (drip and Keurig coffee makers available!) to start your mornings right. We provide tea and ground coffee for your use. We also provide a starter selection of k-cups if you prefer to use the Keurig but you will need to bring additional to have enough for your stay.

Dining Room: Gather around the stylish dining table with seating for 8, offering comfortable chairs that invite long, relaxed meals together. Outdoor views make this space even more inviting.

Upstairs Living Room: Relax in the welcoming living room featuring a huge 65" smart TV (bring your login and enjoy any app!), seating for 7+, and a wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own firewood) with custom mountain-themed metal artwork. Large windows showcase breathtaking views of the pasture and mountains.

Master Suite: Retreat to the master suite with a luxurious king bed, an electric fireplace, smart TV, and a unique book nook. This room offers a full-size closet, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a beautiful backlit mirror. The shower features hand holds for those wanting a little extra security. Additionally the toilet is extra high, adding a measure of convenience for those with mobility issues. Enjoy private access to the deck area with chairs and a bench for a peaceful morning coffee or evening stargazing.

Bedroom 2: This cozy bedroom includes a queen bed, sitting chair, and closet, offering a quiet and comfortable space to unwind.

Bathroom 2: A spacious bathroom with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and custom finishes ensures everyone has their own space.

Downstairs - Bedroom 3: Features a queen bed, a day bed for additional guests, and a closet. This room if perfect for a family who's little one(s) need to sleep near mom and dad.

Downstairs Bedroom 4: A comfortable king bed provides a restful sleep space for guests.

Downstairs Bathroom: Includes a walk-in shower and a large vanity with plenty of counter space.

Downstairs Hall: A convenient day bed is situated in the hall, adding flexible sleeping arrangements.

Downstairs Living Room: Perfect for gathering, this space includes a custom bar, card/game table, and a large selection of games for all ages. With seating for 8+ on comfy chairs and a sofa bed, plus a fireplace and large smart TV, it’s a cozy spot to unwind. Step outside to access the hot tub area.

Outdoor Space: The screened-in custom deck features a dining and lounge area with seating for 11, complete with a ceiling fan for warm days. A propane grill allows you to prepare an incredible meal while enjoying the outdoors. Enjoy sweeping views of the mountains and pasture, breathtaking sunsets, and easy access to a downstairs hot tub with room for 5+. A short ways away from the house, the custom hardscaped fire pit, with seating for 8, is perfect for starlit evenings and s’mores. Please bring your own firewood for enjoyment.

Garage: A large play space with a ping pong table and stair-master exercise machine is ready for active fun or a quick workout.

Guests will have full access to the home, excluding a locked owner’s closet. Entry is via keypad on the front door with a unique code provided before check-in. There are two unoccupied out-buildings on the front of the property that are locked and are not accessible to guests.

We are just a message or text away if you need us, otherwise we give you the privacy you likely came here for.

The property’s rural location offers incredible privacy, with peaceful surroundings and beautiful outdoor amenities for a memorable stay. The driveway is somewhat hidden so please be careful when turning on the road.

Our TVs are a combination of Roku and Amazon Fire. You will be able to use any app - just make sure to bring your own login for use and please sign out prior to check out.

Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the wood burning fireplace and the outdoor firepit. Wood is available at many of the gas station convenience stores on Rt 151 as well as Wintergreen Hardware and Dollar General in Nellysford.

We also provide a starter selection of k-cups if you prefer to use the Keurig but you will need to bring additional to have enough for your stay.
